PunctureSafe seals punctures caused by puncturing objects up to 10mm in diameter in small vehicles such as Riding Lawn Mowers, ATVs, and Golf Carts; 20mm in medium sized tires normally found on farm tractors and dump type trailers and up to 30mm on the very large tires on Construction Equipment. Saves tires and greatly reduces costly downtime for fleet operators.

Extra heavy duty PunctureSafe is very high quality and manufactured using the same principles of chemistry applied in our other Grades, but with the ability to permanently seal a much larger puncture.
Similarly to our other grades, PunctureSafe is highly concentrated which means you get a more effective and permanent seal than with other sealants. This grade is a very high-solids polymer gel. Consisting of a special blend of heavy fiber, and soft rubber that dries without any shrinkage to a flexible rubbery plug in the puncture. For this reason, once the puncture has been sealed, it does not fail at a later date, unlike other products with a high-water content that are designed to seal for a very short period of time until a repair can be carried out at the end of the working day.
